Over the past two decades, she has spearheaded various strategic initiatives and driven business growth both locally and globally. Her leadership is focused on delivering a range of IT services and solutions to support customer transformation initiatives.

Elsie has a strong background in business process management and has played a key role in expanding IT services across different regions. Along the way, she has also gained experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and has encountered key barriers during the transformation journey.
